Service Agreement 

This Service Agreement “Spectrum Promo LLC” and Client are sometimes individually referred to as "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties." Whereas, Spectrum Promo LLC and Client desire to establish a non-exclusive strategic agreement whereby Spectrum Promo LLC will promote the client’s work to its customers.

This Agreement may be modified from time to time in the form of a written instrument signed by both Parties. The terms of any Amendment executed during this Agreement will be subject to the terms of this Agreement unless otherwise stipulated in the Amendment.
